The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (MPBSDP) Registrar’s bulletins repository posts bulletins issued under the following regulated acts:

Consumer Protection Ontario is an awareness program from Ontario’s Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement and other public organizations that promotes consumer rights and public safety.

The bulletins offer guidance to help the general public, new applicants and existing licensees, registrants and appointees:

  • understand the general framework of the legislation
  • interpret the legislation and regulations
  • meet administrative and operational requirements
  • be aware of best practices for regulated entities

The bulletins will often include information on licensing and registration, tips and reminders, and sector-specific references to the regulated-sector statutes and regulations.

Use of the repository

The bulletins address specific, but not all, provisions of the legislation and regulations.
