Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act, 2005
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name February 15, 2006 as the day on which sections 12 and 20 and subsection 33 (2) of Schedule A to the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act, 2005, c. 26, which amend the Highway Traffic Act, come into force.

Budget Measures Act, 2005 (No. 2)
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name March 1, 2006 as the day on which the following provisions of the Budget Measures Act, 2005 (No. 2), c. 31 come into force:
- Section 1 of Schedule 4, which amends the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.
- Sections 1 to 3 of Schedule 10, which amend the Highway Traffic Act.
- Sections 1 to 6 of Schedule 12, which amend the Insurance Act.
