The Ministry of Health (ministry) has identified an issue with the processing of Preventive Care Bonus claims received in September 2022, which resulted in the bonus payments not being made on the October 2022 Remittance Advice.
The ministry has corrected the issue and the impacted claims will be paid on the November Remittance Advice.
The ministry apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates your patience while we resolved the issue.
