Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable David H. Tsubouchi, Solicitor General of Ontario, on the 23rd day of August 2000, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instrument known as the Intoxilyzer® 5000C.
