Balanced Budgets For Brighter Futures Act, 2000
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name Friday, April 27, 2001 as the day on which section 116 of the Balanced Budgets for Brighter Futures Act, 2000 comes into force; and
a proclamation be issued naming Wednesday, August 1st, 2001 as the day on which sections 98 and 99, subsections 100(1) and (2) and sections 101, 102, 103, 104, 107, 110, 111, 114 and 115 of the Balanced Budgets for Brighter Futures Act, 2000 come into force.
