We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name Thursday, November 1st, 2001 as the day on which the Schedule of the Balanced Budgets for Brighter Futures Act, 2000 and Parts I, Vi, Ix, Xv, Xvii, Xix and Xxii of the Responsible Choices for Growth and Accountability Act (2001 Budget), 2001 come into force.
