Applications to Provincial Parliament

Royal Ottawa Health Care Group

Notice Is Hereby Given that on behalf of Royal Ottawa Health Care Group, application will be made to the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario for an Act called “The Royal Ottawa Health Care Group/ Service de Sante Royal Ottawa Act, 2001.” The act provides for the transfer of the assets, liabilities and operations of the current special Act corporation known as the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group to a new corporation incorporated under Part III of Corporations Act (Ontario) to be known as Royal Ottawa Health Care Group.

The Application will be considered by the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills. Any person who has an interest in the Application and who wishes to make submissions, for or against the Application, to the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills should notify, in writing, the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto, Ontario M7A 1A2.
