Ontarians With Disabilities Act, 2001
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name September 30, 2002 as the date on which sections 4, 5, 7, subsections 8(3), 8(4), sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 of the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 32, come into force; and naming December 31, 2002 as the date on which section 6 of the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.32, comes into force.

Energy Competition Act, 1998
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name June 28, 2002 as the day on which section 20 of the Public Utilities Act is repealed under subsection 32 (6) of Schedule E to the Energy Competition Act, 1998; and a proclamation be issued naming June 28, 2002 as the day on which subsection 28 (2.1) of the Public Utilities Act is repealed under subsection 28 (2.2) of the Public Utilities Act, as set out in subsection 32 (7) of Schedule E to the Energy Competition Act, 1998.
