Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable David Turnbull, Solicitor General of Ontario, on the 15th day of November 2001, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instruments known as the Intoxilyzer® 5000C.
