Applications to Provincial Parliament

Ontario Bible College And Ontario Theological Seminary

Notice Is Hereby Given that on behalf of Ontario Bible College and Ontario Theological Seminary application will be made to the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario for an Act to continue Ontario Bible College and Ontario Theological Seminary under the name Tyndale College & Seminary, to provide for the granting of additional degrees and to amend the provisions governing the composition of the Board of Governors. The Act will also repeal and replace Ontario Bible College and Ontario Theological Seminary, 1982 and Ontario Bible College and Ontario Theological Seminary Act, 1986.

The application will be considered by the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills. Any person who has an interest in the application and who wishes to make submissions for or against the application to the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills should notify, in writing, the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto, Ontario, M7A 1A2.
