Government Efficiency Act, 2002
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name January 1, 2005 as the day on which the following provision of the Government Efficiency Act, 2002, c. 18, comes into force:
- Section 26 of Schedule P, which amends the Highway Traffic Act.
