Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act, 2005
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name January 1, 2006 as the day on which sections 1 and 4 of Schedule A to the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act, 2005, c. 26, which amend the Highway Traffic Act, come into force.
