Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable Monte Kwinter, Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services of Ontario, on the 30th day of November, 2005, designated the following person as being qualified to operate the approved instruments known as the Breathalyzer® 900 and 900A.
