Planning And Conservation Land Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name January 1, 2007 as the day on which the following provisions of the Planning and Conservation Land Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006, c. 23, come into force:
- Sections 1 to 20, subsection 21 (3) and sections 22 to 29, which amend the Planning Act.
- Section 32, which amends the Greenbelt Act, 2005.
- Section 34, which amends the Municipal Act, 2001.
