We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

  1. March 31, 2007 as the day on which the following provisions of the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services Statute Law Amendment Act, 2004, c. 19, come into force:
    1. Section 1, which amends the Athletics Control Act.
    2. Subsections 2 (23) and (27), which amend the Bailiffs Act.
    3. Section 5, which amends the Cemeteries Act (Revised).
    4. Section 9, which amends the Consumer Reporting Act.
    5. Section 17, which amends the Paperback and Periodicals Distributors Act; and
  2. August 1, 2007 as the day on which subsection 11 (6) of the Act, which amends the Corporations Information Act, comes into force.

    5. Section 11, which amends the Discriminatory Business Practices Act.
    6. Section 18, which amends the Paperback and Periodical Distributors Act.
    7. Subsections 21 (1) and (3) to (10), which amend the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002
    8. Section 26, which amends the Travel Industry Act, 2002.
    9. Sections 1 to 7, subsections 8 (1) and (2) and sections 10 to 12 of Schedule C, which amend the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, sections 13 to 16, subsections 17 (1) and (2) and sections 19 to 21 of the same Schedule, which amend the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and sections 22 to 28 of the same Schedule.
    10. Sections 1 and 2 to Schedule F, which amend the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and the Ministry of Government Services Act, respectively; and
  2. August 1, 2007 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into force:
    1. Section 10, which amends the Corporations Act.
    2. Section 19, which amends the Partnerships Act.
    3. Section 20, which amends the Public Guardian and Trustee Act.
    4. Section 23, which amends the Repair and Storage Liens Act.
    5. Section 24, which amends the Substitute Decisions Act, 1992.
    6. Sections 1 to 41 of Schedule B, which amend the Business Corporations Act.
    7. Sections 1 and 2 and sections 7 to 25 of Schedule E, which amend the Personal Property Security Act.
