We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name February 1, 2008 as the day on which sections 1, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Schedule 38 to the Budget Measures and Interim Appropriation Act, 2007, c. 7, which amend the Securities Act, come into force.
