Safer Roads For A Safer Ontario Act, 2007
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name February 20, 2008 as the day on which the following provisions of the Safer Roads for a Safer Ontario Act, 2007, c. 13, come into force:
- Sections 14 and 15, which amend the Highway Traffic Act.
- Sections 26, 32, 34, 35, 36 and 38 and subsection 39 (1), which amend the Civil Remedies Act, 2001.
