Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable Rick Bartolucci, Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services of Ontario, on the 30th day of June, 2008, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instruments known as the Intoxilyzer® 5000C.
