Health System Improvements Act, 2007
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- September 30, 2008 as the day on which subsection 1 (4) of Schedule D to the Health System Improvements Act, 2007, c. 10, which amends the Health Protection and Promotion Act, comes into force; and
- December 1, 2008 as the day on which the following provisions of Schedule D to the Act come into force:
- Subsections 1 (1) to (3) and (5) to (10), which amend the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
- Subsections 3 (1) to (8), (14) to (16) and (23) and (24), which amend the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002.

Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name December 1, 2008 as the day on which subsection 54 (2) of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, c. 32, comes into force.
