We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name February 1, 2009 as the day on which Schedule O of the Budget Measures and Interim Appropriation Act, 2008 (No. 2), c. 19, which enacts the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, comes into force.
