Child And Family Services Statute Law Amendment Act, 2009
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name April 1, 2009 as the day on which the following provisions of the Child and Family Services Statute Law Amendment Act, 2009, c. 2, come into force:
- Sections 1 to 15, which amend the Child and Family Services Act.
- Sections 16 to 23 and 25 and 27, which amend the Ministry of Correctional Services Act.
- Sections 28 to 31, which amend the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth Act, 2007.
