- October 1, 2009 as the day on which sections 1 to 60, 63 to 68 and 70 to 137, subsections 138 (1), (2) and (3), sections 139 to 188 and sections 190 and 191 of Schedule 7 to the Budget Measures and Interim Appropriation Act, 2007, c. 7, which amend the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994 and make related amendments, come into force; and
- October 1, 2010 as the day on which sections 61, 62 and 69 of Schedule 7 come into force.
