Green Energy And Green Economy Act, 2009
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name September 9, 2009 as the day on which the following provisions of the Green Energy and Green Economy Act, 2009, c. 12, come into force:
- Sections 1, 2 and 4 to 20 of Schedule A to the Act, which enacts the Green Energy Act, 2009.
- Schedule B to the Act, which amends the Electricity Act, 1998.
- Schedule C to the Act, which amends the Ministry of Energy Act.
- Sections 1 to 3 and 7 to 19 of Schedule D to the Act, which amend the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998.
- Schedule I to the Act, which amends the Co-operative Corporations Act.
