Notice Is Hereby Given that on October 26, 2009, the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (Dico) made an Order under Section 294 of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994 as amended (the “Act”) ordering London Diesel Employees’ Credit Union Limited subject to administration by Dico. Subsequently, on October 26, 2009, the Corporation exercised its powers under Section 295 of the Act, requiring the credit union be wound up. Dico has been appointed liquidator.
