Toxics Reduction Act, 2009
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name January 1, 2010 as the day on which the following provisions of the Toxics Reduction Act, 2009, c. 19, come into force:
- Sections 1 to 3.
- Subsections 4 (1) and (2).
- Sections 5 to 10, 12 to 29, 31 to 37, 39 to 50 and 66.
- Subsections 67 (1) to (5), (7) and (9) to (15).
- Section 68.
- Subsections 69 (1) to (3), (5) and (7) to (9).
- Subsections 70 (1) to (4), (6) and (8) to (10).
- Subsections 71 (1) to (4), (6), (8) and (9).
- Subsections 72 (1), (3), (5), (7), (9) to (11) and (13).
