- Section 23, which amends the Child and Family Services Act.
- Sections 24 to 28, which amend the Day Nurseries Act.
- Sections 29 to 31, which amend the Early Childhood Educators Act, 2007.
- Section 32, which amends the Immunization of School Pupils Act.
