We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name April 1, 2012 as the day on which sections 13, 14 and 16 and subsections 17 (1) and 18 (4) of the Occupational Health and Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2011,
c. 11, which amend the Occupational Health and Safety Act, come into force.
