Strong Action For Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2012
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name July 1, 2012 as the day on which the following provisions of the Strong Action for Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2012, c. 8, come into force:
- Subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 18, which amends the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002.
- Schedule 19, which amends the Funeral Directors and Establishments Act.
