We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name January 1, 2013 as the day on which the following provisions of the Strong Action for Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2012, c. 8, come into force:
- Schedule 2, which amends the Automobile Insurance Rate Stabilization Act, 2003.
- Schedule 8, which amends the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.
- Schedule 15, which amends the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997.
- Sections 1 and 2, subsections 3 (2), (3) and (4) and sections 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76 of Schedule 23, which amend the Insurance Act.
