Prosperous And Fair Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2013
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name August 16, 2013 as the day on which the following provisions of the Prosperous and Fair Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2013, c. 2, come into force:
- Schedule 1, which amends the Automobile Insurance Rate Stabilization Act, 2003.
- Sections 1 to 4, 13, 19 and 26 to 39 of Schedule 8, which amend the Insurance Act.
