Health System Improvements Act, 2007
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name July 1, 2015 as the day on which the following provisions of Schedule P to the Health System Improvements Act, 2007, c. 10, come into force:
- s. 2-11 and 13, being the Naturopathy Act, 2007.
- s. 14, which repeals the Drugless Practitioners Act and revokes Regulation 278 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 (General), made under that Act.
- s. 16, which amends the Health Insurance Act.
- s. 17, which amends the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
- s. 19, which amends the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004.
- s. 20, which amends the Regulated Health Professions Act,1991.
