We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- January 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Making Healthier Choices Act, 2015, c. 7, which amend the Smoke Free Ontario Act, come into force:
Schedule 2, s. 1-5, 7-9. - January 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Making Healthier Choices Act, 2015, c. 7, being the Electronic Cigarettes Act, 2015, come into force:
Schedule 3, s. 1, 2, 6, 9, 10 (4), (5), 13-14, 15 (1) (a)-(f), (h), 15 (2), 16. - January 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provision of the Making Healthier Choices Act, 2015, c. 7, which amends the Human Rights Code, comes into force:
