Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable Yasir Naqvi, Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services of Ontario, on the 15th day of December, 2015, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instruments known as the Intoxilyzer® 8000C.
