Notice Is Hereby Given that on behalf of the Governors of The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall application will be made to the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario for an Act that provides an exemption from taxation for municipal and school purposes, other than local improvement rates, for certain land around Massey Hall, 178 Victoria Street, Toronto and the portion of a certain condominium unit owned by The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall. The special legislation also cancels the taxes for municipal and school purposes, other than local improvement rates, for any year or part of a year to which the exemption applies and for which taxes have been levied.
