We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- April 4, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Opportunity and Securing Our Future Act (Budget Measures), 2014, c. 7, which amend the Family Law Act, come into force:
Schedule 9, s. 1-7, 10.
- April 4, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Opportunity and Securing Our Future Act (Budget Measures), 2014, c. 7, which amend the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act, 1996, come into force:
Schedule 10, s. 1, 3-8, 9 (3), (6), (9).
- April 4, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Opportunity and Securing Our Future Act (Budget Measures), 2014, c. 7, which amend the Ministry of Revenue Act, come into force:
