Safeguarding Health Care Integrity Act, 2014
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- August 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Safeguarding Health Care Integrity Act, 2014, c. 14, which amend the Drug and Pharmacies Regulation Act, come into force:
Schedule 2, s. 1-7.
- August 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provision of the Safeguarding Health Care Integrity Act, 2014, c. 14, which amends the Public Hospitals Act, comes into force:
Schedule 2, s. 8.
- August 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Safeguarding Health Care Integrity Act, 2014, c. 14, which amend the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991, come into force:
