Cannabis, Smoke-free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- October 17, 2018 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017, c. 26 come into force:
Schedule 3, s. 1-3, 4 (1) except para. 3, 4 (2)-(4), 5, 6 (1), 7-25 (the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017).
- October 17, 2018 as the day on which the following provision of the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017, c. 26, which amends the Human Rights Code, comes into force:
Schedule 3, s. 26.
- October 17, 2018 as the day on which the following provision of the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017, c. 26, which amends the Provincial Offences Act, comes into force:

- October 17, 2018 as the day on which the following provision of the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017, c. 26, which amends the Tobacco Tax Act, comes into force:

- October 17, 2018 as the day on which the following provision of the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017, c. 26, which repeals the Electronic Cigarettes Act, 2015, and the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, comes into force:
