Safer Ontario Act, 2018
Order in Council 946/2018 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Safer Ontario Act, 2018. The proclamation was issued on May 2, 2018. The revocation of the proclamation is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, revoke the proclamation.
