We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
July 1, 2019 as the day on which the following provision of the Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act (Supporting Survivors and Challenging Sexual Violence and Harassment), 2016, c. 2, which amends the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act, comes into force:

Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017
Order in Council 620/2018 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017. The proclamation was issued on March 27, 2018. The proclamation was amended by a proclamation issued on August 15, 2018 as directed by Order in Council 1026/2018. An amendment to the proclamation, as amended, is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by striking out “April 1, 2019” and substituting “August 17, 2020”.
