Foundations for Promoting and Protecting Mental Health and Addictions Services Act, 2019
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- February 18, 2020 as the day on which the following provisions of the Foundations for Promoting and Protecting Mental Health and Addictions Services Act, 2019, c. 17, being the Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence Act, 2019, come into force:
Schedule 1, s. 1-5.
- February 18, 2020 as the day on which the following provision of the Foundations for Promoting and Protecting Mental Health and Addictions Services Act, 2019, c. 17, which amends the Connecting Care Act, 2019, comes into force:
