Foreign Cultural Objects Immunity from Seizure Act Determination
Pursuant to delegated authority and in accordance with subsection 1(1) of the Foreign Cultural Objects Immunity from Seizure Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.F-23, the works of art or other objects of cultural significance listed in Schedule “A” attached hereto, which works or objects are to be on temporary exhibit during the Egyptian Mummies: Ancient Lives. New Discoveries exhibition at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Ontario pursuant to a loan agreement between the Royal Ontario Museum and the lender listed in the attached Schedule “A”, are hereby determined to be of cultural significance and the temporary exhibition of these works or objects in Ontario is in the interest of the people of Ontario.

whereas the Minister of Health (the “Minister”) has received the advice of the General Manager, as defined in section 1 of the Health Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.6 (the “Act”);

- The service was initiated by the patient or the patient’s representative;
- The service is personally rendered by the physician;
- Other than a direct physical encounter, all the conditions for the appropriate specialist consultation or visit as described in the Schedule of Benefits for Physician Services have been met.
- The services must be documented on the patient’s medical record (including the start and stop times) or the service is not eligible for payment.
- K080, K081 K082, or K083 include the provision of a new prescription or prescription renewal if rendered.
- K080, K081, K082, or K083 are not eligible for payment for anticoagulant supervision by telephone (G271) or any other telephone advice services listed in the Schedule of Benefits for Physician Services.
- For the purpose of K083, the total increments eligible for payment is equal to the fee listed in the Schedule of Benefits for Physicians Services for the appropriate service, rounded to the nearest $5, divided by 5.
