Vesting Order Against Peel District School Board

notice is hereby given that the Peel District School Board (the “Board”) has become subject to an order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council made on June 19, 2020 pursuant to subsection 230.3 (2) of Part VIII of the Education Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.2, as amended, vesting in the Ministry of Education control and charge over the administration of the affairs of the Board effective June 22, 2020, and that after the publication of this notice in The Ontario Gazette and pursuant to section 230.4 of the Education Act, no proceeding against the Board shall be commenced or continued in any court without leave of the Minister of Education, and no order of any court shall be enforced against the Board without leave of the Minister of Education.
