    Schedule 1, s. 17.

  2. February 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Rebuilding Consumer Confidence Act, 2020, c. 14, which amend the New Home Construction Licensing Act, 2017, come into force:

    Schedule 4, s. 1-16, 18-23.

  3. November 30, 2020 as the day on which the following provisions of the Rebuilding Consumer Confidence Act, 2020, c. 14, which amend the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act, come into force:

    Schedule 5, s. 1 (1), 4 (3), (4), 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 28 (1).

  4. February 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Rebuilding Consumer Confidence Act, 2020, c. 14, which amend the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act, come into force:
