Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015

Order in Council 578/2022 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015. The proclamation was issued on March 10, 2022. An amendment to the proclamation is now desired.

Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by striking out “January 1, 2024” in clause (b) and substituting “January 1, 2025” and by striking out “January 1, 2025” in clause (c) and substituting “January 1, 2026”.
