Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) liquid whole eggs
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) each Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
- Dash hot sauce (optional)
- 2 cloves Ontario Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In blender, combine eggs, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, hot sauce (if using) and garlic. Blend until well mixed.
With machine running, slowly pour in oil and blend until creamy. Transfer to bowl; stir in cheese. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
