Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) grated cooked Ontario Beets
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) each of red wine vinegar and prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Dijon mustard

Instructions

Combine 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) grated cooked Ontario Beets, 1 jalapeno pepper, minced, 2 tbsp (25 mL) each red wine vinegar and prepared horseradish, 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Dijon mustard.
