Sur la recommandation de la personne soussignée, le lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario, sur l’avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif de l’Ontario, décrète ce qui suit :

Attendu que l’article 3.2 de la Loi sur les évaluations environnementales stipule que si le ministre de l’Environnement, de la Protection de la nature et des Parcs estime qu’il est dans l’intérêt public de le faire compte tenu de l’objet de la présente loi et après avoir pesé celui-ci par rapport aux préjudices, aux dommages ou aux inconvénients que l’application de la présente loi à l’entreprise ou à la catégorie d’entreprises pourrait causer à des personnes ou à des biens, le ministre peut, par arrêté, avec l’approbation du lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil, révoquer une déclaration que la Loi, les règlements ou une question prévue par la Loi ne s’appliquent pas à l’égard d’un promoteur, d’une catégorie de promoteurs, d’une entreprise ou d’une catégorie d’entreprises, sous réserve des conditions que le ministre peut imposer;

Attendu que la Loi sur les évaluations environnementales a été modifiée pour passer à une démarche relative à la liste de projets et que par conséquent, certains arrêtés ne sont plus nécessaires;

Attendu qu’il a été demandé au ministre de l’Environnement, de la Protection de la nature et des Parcs de révoquer les déclarations visées à l’article 3.2 de la Loi pour les entreprises décrites dans l’arrêté joint aux présentes;

Et attendu que, compte tenu de l’objet de la Loi et après avoir pesé celui-ci par rapport aux préjudices, aux dommages ou aux inconvénients que la révocation des ordonnances déclaratoires pourrait causer aux personnes et aux biens désignés dans l’arrêté joint aux présentes, le soussigné, ministre de l’Environnement, de la Protection de la nature et des Parcs, estime qu’il est dans l’intérêt public de prendre un arrêté révoquant les arrêtés ci-dessous pris en application de la Loi sur les évaluations environnementales :
