EXEMPTING NEW RESIDENTS FROM VEHICLE REGISTRATION

Vehicle registration exemption extended for new residents
1. A motor vehicle owned by a person who complies with the conditions for the 30-day exemption set out in subsection 15 (2) of the Act is exempt from subsections 7 (1) and (4) of the Act for 60 days after the day this Regulation comes into force. O. Reg. 108/02, s. 1.
