ONTARIO REGULATION 367/07

TERM OF LICENCES

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.

Term of licences

1. (1) Every licence issued under the Act shall be issued for a term of one year. O. Reg. 367/07, s. 1.

(2) If a licence is to expire after June 13, 2010 but before July 1, 2010 and the application for renewal is made before the expiry date but is not processed by the Registrar before that date, the term of the licence is extended so that the licence expires on the 30th day after the original expiry date. O. Reg. 228/10, s. 1 (1).

Note: On July 31, 2010, subsection (2) is revoked. See: O. Reg. 228/10, ss. 1 (2), 2 (2).
