TOWNSHIP OF PLYMPTON,
VILLAGE OF WYOMING BOUNDARY

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. On the 1st day of January, 1992, the portion of the Township of Plympton described in the Schedule is annexed to the Village of Wyoming. O. Reg. 773/91, s. 1.
2. All real property including any highway, street fixture, waterline, sewerline, easement and restrictive covenant running with the land in the annexed area of The Corporation of the Township of Plympton vests in The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming on the 1st day of January, 1992. 3. On the 1st day of January, 1992, the by-laws of The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming extend to the annexed area and the by-laws of The Corporation of the Township of Plympton cease to apply to such area, except,
(a) by-laws of The Corporation of the Township of Plympton,
(i) that were passed under section 34 or 42 of the Planning Act or a predecessor of those sections,
(ii) that were kept in force by subsection 13 (3) of The Municipal Amendment Act, 1941, or
(iii) that were passed under the Highway Traffic Act or the Municipal Act that regulate the use of highways by vehicles and pedestrians and that regulate the encroachment or projection of buildings or any portion thereof upon or over highways,
which shall remain in force until repealed by the council of The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming;
(b) by-laws of The Corporation of the Township of Plympton passed under section 45, 58 or 61 of the Drainage Act or a predecessor of those sections; and
(c) by-laws conferring rights, privileges, franchises, immunities or exemptions that could not have been lawfully repealed by the council of The Corporation of the Township of Plympton. O.Reg. 773/91, s. 3.
4. The clerk of The Corporation of the Township of Plympton shall promptly prepare and furnish to the clerk of The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming a special collector’s roll showing all arrears of taxes or special rates assessed against the lands in the annexed area up to and including the 31st day of December, 1991 and the persons assessed therefor. 5. (1) All real property and business taxes levied under any general or special Act and uncollected in the annexed area which are due and unpaid on the 31st day of December, 1991 shall be deemed on the 1st day of January, 1992 to be taxes due and payable to The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming and may be collected by The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming.
(2) On or before the 1st day of July, 1992, The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming shall pay to The Corporation of the Township of Plympton an amount equal to the amount of all real property and business taxes that The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming is entitled to collect in the annexed area under subsection (1), that were due but unpaid on the 31st day of December, 1991. 6. For the purposes of the assessment roll to be prepared for the Village of Wyoming under subsection 14 (1) of the Assessment Act for the 1992 taxation year, the annexed area shall be deemed to be a part of the Village of Wyoming. O. Reg. 773/91, s. 6.
7. The Corporation of the Village of Wyoming shall pay to The Corporation of the Township of Plympton, as compensation for the loss of taxes from the annexed area,
(a) $80,000, on or before the 1st day of July, 1992; and
(b) $50,000, on or before the 1st day of January, 1997. O. Reg. 773/91, s. 7.

Beginning at the intersection of the southerly boundary of the Village of Wyoming and the centre line of the King’s Highway Number 21;
Thence southerly along the centre line of the said King’s Highway to the southerly boundary of the Township of Plympton;
Thence westerly along the southerly boundary of the said Township to intersect the southerly prolongation of the westerly limit of Lot 15 in Concession I of the Township of Plympton;
Thence northerly to and along the westerly limit of Lot 15 to a point distant 410 metres measured southerly from the northerly limit of Lot 14;
Thence westerly and parallel with the northerly limit of Lot 14 to the easterly limit of the westerly quarter of Lot 14;
Thence northerly along the easterly limit of the westerly quarter of Lot 14 to the northerly limit of Lot 14;
Thence easterly along the southerly limit of Lot 14 in Concession II of the said Township to the westerly limit of the easterly half of Lot 14;
Thence northerly along the westerly limit of the easterly half of Lot 14 to the northerly limit of Lot 14;
Thence easterly along the northerly limit of Lot 14 to the northeasterly angle of Lot 14;
Thence northerly to and along the westerly limit of Lot 15 in Concession III of the said Township to a point distant 1,020 metres measured northerly therealong from the southerly limit of Lot 15;
Thence easterly and parallel with the southerly limit of lots 15 and 16 in Concession III to the easterly limit of Lot 16;
Thence southerly along the easterly limit of Lot 16 in concessions III and II to the southeasterly angle of Lot 16 in Concession II;
Thence easterly along the northerly limit of Lot 17 in Concession I, 167.683 metres to the northeasterly angle of Part 1 as shown on a Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Lambton (No. 25) as Number 25R 5807;
Thence south 1_ 02i 40I west along the easterly limit of the said Part 1, 169.907 metres to the northeasterly angle of Isabella Street;
Thence south 1_ 02i 40I west 170.779 metres to a point;
Thence north 88_ 50i 15I west 168.86 metres to the easterly limit of Lot 16 in the said Concession;
Thence southerly along the easterly limit of Lot 16 and the southerly prolongation thereof to the southerly boundary of the Township of Plympton;
Thence westerly along the southerly boundary of the said Township to the centre line of King’s Highway Number 21;
Thence northerly along the centre line of the said King’s Highway to the place of beginning.
